Dave has led several strategic initiatives, including Sedgwick’s mobile field-adjusting application and the rollout of its proprietary claims platform.
Niacole Borecki
VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Niacole is Vice President of Energy and Construction at Sedgwick. With 17 years of experience in the insurance, engineering and consulting industries, she has previously supported practice groups specializing in energy, construction, marine and major losses. Today, Niacole supports adjusters handling complex energy and construction claims while building strategic partnerships with carriers across the industry. Her deep expertise and client-focused approach help strengthen Sedgwick’s market presence within these specialized sectors.
Ron Murchek
EXECUTIVE GENERAL ADJUSTER
Ron is an Executive General Adjuster at Sedgwick. A U.S. Air Force veteran and PMP-certified professional, he brings more than 35 years of experience spanning technology, operations and complex property claims. Ron specializes in commercial property, builder's risk and data center losses, helping Sedgwick’s clients navigate high-severity claims. His background in data center management, systems engineering and major loss adjusting gives him a unique perspective on the evolving property risk landscape.
Amanda Slavicek
VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Amanda is Vice President of Business Development at Sedgwick. With more than 20 years of experience in claims and insurance, she works closely with carriers and brokers to develop tailored property risk solutions. Amanda previously held claims-handling roles focused on large commercial property, inland marine, builder's risk and energy. Her experience in both operations and business development helps her identify client needs and connect them with practical claims solutions.
